Bundle Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom Wig Turnaround

 Custom wigs require 7-10 business days for construction and customization . Turn around time begins after full payment and all custom details are confirmed . 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not esponsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] with photos of the item and packaging, and we will assist you.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or issue refunds . However if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve . For the best possible outcome please keep the item in its original package and original condition if you suspect a problem .  Once hair has been bleached , colored , or altered in any way , our options to resolve are limited
